Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Kurti Curation, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or refund as per the policy below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The product should be in its original condition.
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory for claims involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.
Returns may be rejected if these conditions are not met.
3. Size Exchange
If you wish to exchange your product due to a size issue:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- Reverse shipping charges may apply unless the error is on our side.
- Only one size exchange is allowed per order.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Products purchased during sale or clearance.
- Discounted or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Requests made after the return window.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The product is unavailable for replacement.
- A return request is approved after quality inspection.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes our quality check.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID provided by you.
6. Reverse Pickup
Where available, we will arrange reverse pickup.
If reverse pickup is unavailable for your PIN code, you may be requested to self-ship the product to our return address. Reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed after verification if the return is due to our error.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- If you refuse delivery after shipment, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Clear unboxing video
- Photos of the product
- Brief description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
9. Quality Inspection
All returned products undergo a quality inspection.
If the returned product is found to be:
- Used
- Washed
- Missing tags
- Damaged by the customer
the return or refund request may be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you.
